End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Hexagon Know Private Limited (“Company”) regarding the use of the software application “Agility Physics” (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

1.1 The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

2.1 You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the App, except as explicitly permitted by this Agreement.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as allowed by applicable law.

• Transfer or sublicense your rights under this Agreement to any third party.

3. Free Trial and License Payment

3.1 The App includes a free trial period of 7 days (“Trial Period”). During the Trial Period, you may access all features without charge.

3.2 After the Trial Period expires, continued access to the App requires a paid license. You will be prompted to make a payment to continue using the App.

3.3 Upon successful payment, the App will update your account status to “Paid” and issue a license key that grants full access.

3.4 If payment is not made after the Trial Period, your access to the App will be limited, and you will no longer have access to premium features.

4. Account Creation and User Data

4.1 To use the App, you must create an account with a valid phone number or email address. Your account details, including the license status, will be stored securely.

4.2 By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information. Any use of the App with false information is a violation of this Agreement.

5. Termination

5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

5.2 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing its use.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The App, including all content, features, and related materials, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. License Key and Expiration

7.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key. This key must be stored securely and should not be shared with others.

7.2 Paid licenses have an expiration date, which will be clearly communicated upon purchase. Renewal of the license will require an additional payment.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

8.1 The Company may collect and store certain information about you as part of the App’s operation. The use of this data is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, available [here/URL].

9. Updates and Modifications

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9.2 The Company may change the terms of this Agreement. The latest version will be available within the App or on the Company’s website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

10.2 In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the App.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
